Hey there!I'm Kelsey- a food enthusiast, part-time intern, and full-time undergraduate student. I used to think that having a busy schedule meant I could only eat microwaveable, processed, and pre-packaged meals; however, I have recently learned that this is certainly not the case. As a college senior who is trying to shred off the pounds I gained while studying abroad in Europe *sigh*, I have decided to live a healthier lifestyle regardless of my busy schedule.
